How we decorate Richardson 112 and rope caps

Flat embroidery

Standard front-panel embroidery up to 6,000 stitches. Rapos thread, two commercial heads, $18.99 one-time digitizing.

3D puff embroidery

Raised foam embroidery for bold letters, numbers and simple marks. Strongest on the 511 flat bill and 168.

Leather patch

Laser-engraved full-grain leather, cut to your shape, bonded or sewn to the cap. No digitizing fee.

Side-hit and back arch

A second logo on a side panel or arched text across the back. Added to any 112 order, quoted per job.
