Canonical: https://custom112hats.com/industries/trucking-logistics/

Carriers, owner-operator fleets, freight brokers and warehouse operations order 112s for drivers, yard crews and the office. The cap gets worn daily, so they want a structured crown, a logo that holds up, and a reorder that matches last year's run. That is the Richardson 112 with embroidery or a leather patch from Battle Born Clothing.

## What trucking companies order

- Richardson 112 in black/white, navy/white or charcoal/black with the company logo embroidered on the front
- Richardson 312 twill back for winter runs and back arch text with the DOT name or phone number
- Leather patch 112s for driver-of-the-month and anniversary gifts
- 48 to 144 caps per run, reordered two or three times a year

## Example job

A regional carrier with 90 drivers orders embroidered 112s for everyone plus spares.

| Line | Qty | Each | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Richardson 112, embroidered, 96-119 tier | 96 | $19.50 | $1,872.00 |
| Digitizing, one time | 1 | $18.99 | $18.99 |
| Total (before freight) | | | $1,890.99 |

The next reorder of 48 caps uses the same digitized file at no setup charge: 48 x $20.00 = $960.00.

## What to send

- Logo as vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or a 300 dpi PNG
- Cap style and color combo
- Quantity and any mix of colors
- Optional: back arch text (company name or phone), which we quote as a second location

Quotes usually go out the same business day. Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval; see [pricing](/pricing/) for every tier.

## Questions
**Can we add a driver's name to each cap?** Yes. Name personalization is embroidered as a second location and quoted per job. Send a list with names spelled exactly as they should sew.
